I have been a hair stylist for many years now. Then one day, I could barely grip my hair dryer or lift my arm above my shoulder without causing pain. I told him about my problem so he specifically massaged my arms and shoulder for about 30-40 minutes. After he was done it was like day and night. I felt like I had a brand new arm! I could grip my hair dryer, I had full range of motion with my arm and the pain was gone and still is gone. |
